CLOQUET, MN – The Minnesota Wilderness is excited to announce the commitment of Nathan Adrian to St. Scholastica College.
Adrian appeared in 50 games with the Wilderness and will attend St. Scholastica in the fall of 2020 for the NCAA Divison III 2020-2021 hockey season.
Head Coach Jon Vaillancourt commented on Adrian’s recent commitment news, ” I am excited for Nathan to take the next step toward his collegiate career with the St. Scholastica Saints hockey program. Nathan brought a confident personality to our team’s locker room and played with a fierce demeanor. Always one of the hardest workers in the building, Nathan exemplified what means to be a Wilderness player be it on the ice and off. He brought tremendous energy every time he stepped into the rink while playing with exceptional pace and physical presence.
Adrian was a player that you always had your eye on when he took the ice and was just as exceptional off the ice in our community outreach program. A beloved reader in our school reading program, Nathan went above and beyond to touch the lives of everyone he came into contact with within our community and always put those around him before himself. I can’t wait to watch his contained success next season and we wish him the best of luck!
