Asst. Captain Johnson Commits To UWS

CLOQUET, MN – Minnesota Wilderness Assistant Captain Dylan Johnson has announced his commitment to play NCAA III hockey at the University of Wisconsin Superior.

Johnson, a Cloquet native and CEC Lumberjack alum, has played in 60 games with the Minnesota Wilderness, tallying 25 goals and 22 assists.

“We are really excited for Dylan. He is clearly one of the hardest working athletes I have ever coached. UWS is going to get a terrific hockey player and an exceptional young man. We’re fortunate to have so many great hockey programs around and we cannot wait to watch Dylan excel at this level of hockey, right in our back yard.” – Head Coach Dave Boitz
