Split with Bismarck

On Friday night the Wilderness played game one of a two game series with Bismarck. Michael Covach scored the first goal of the game in the first period (9:52) assisted by Eric Brenk. Following that Bismarck finished out the first period with goals from Ryan Callahan and Nathan Flynn. In the second period, Daniel Litchke, had a short handed goal (10:52) unassisted to tie the game going into the third. Bismarck's Nate Repensky scored on a power play. Ivan Chukarov tied the game back up with his power play goal (11:25) assists by Jack Forbort and Darian Romanko. After a scoreless overtime the game went into a shootout where Bismarck beat the Wilderness. Final score 4-3. 

Saturday night the Bobcats ended the first period leading 1-0, with a goal by Cullen Willcox. The Wilderness dominated the scoring in the second period with goals by Thomas Lindstrom, Jack Forbort and Darian Romanko. Lindstrom's goal (12:48) was assisted by Billy Exell and Eric Brenk. Forbort's goal (13:54) was assisted by Michael Covach. Darian Romanko's goal (16:00) assists from Jakob Romo and Jaycob McCombs. Eric Brenk started off the third period with a goal (0:45) assist from Jakob Romo. Bismarck's Cullen Willcox added his second goal of the night but it wasn't enough as the Wilderness went on to win 4-2.
