Cline Named Easton Hockey Midwest Division Star of the Week

University of Alaska-Fairbanks recruit Tyler Cline, 19, helped the Wilderness maintain their top spot in the Midwest Division thanks to a weekend home sweep of the Minot Minotauros.  The native of Blaine, Minnesota had four points during the two wins and +3 rating.  On Friday, Cline (5'9/180) scored two goals, including the game-winner and had an assist in a 4-2 win over Minot.  On Saturday, he added his second straight game-winning goal in a 3-1 win over the Minotauros.  For the season, the NAHL rookie is tied for 2nd in scoring on the Wilderness roster with 34 points in 37 games played.  "Tyler had a very good weekend scoring big goals at important times.  He has been getting better every week learning the game at the junior level," said Wilderness head coach Corey Millen.

2nd Star: Aaron Miller, F, Minnesota Wilderness

Aaron had one goal and three assist on the weekend, including two power play assists.
